Microdosing and Recovery Men’s Group

Thank you for your interest in my Micro-dosing and Recovery Program. As we all know, getting sober is just the gateway to recovery, the gateway to the magic of the 12 steps, the fellowship of a loving community, and the beginning of transformation.

Getting sober can also be the gateway to the issues that we didn’t know that we didn’t know, issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, blocked memories, and forgotten programming, all the stuff that we used drugs and alcohol to numb.

Some of us went to great lengths to address these issues. We tried therapy, medication, and treatment and were disappointed with the result.  Some of us had adverse reactions to the medication. Others did not find relief in therapy, and still, others were left wondering, “What the fuck?” We settled for a baseline that was, at least, better than pitiful and incomprehensible demoralization.

If you’re like me, the fear of utilizing a mind-altering substance and risking relapse just wasn’t an option. The desperation settles in, the desperation to heal. It was this desperation that finally propelled me to open my mind to an ancient solution: the use of plant medicine.

If you can relate and would like to find out more, please reach out. Let’s explore whether micro-dosing is the right option for you.

Godspeed

WHAT TO EXPECT

WHAT TO EXPECT

The Men’s Micro-dosing and Recovery Group is designed to create a supportive space for men to navigate and reflect on their micro-dosing journey together. Over the course of six weeks, we’ll meet weekly for an hour and a half to share our experiences, build a sense of community, and support one another as we integrate micro-dosing into our recovery.

Each session will delve into essential topics that are key to successfully incorporating a micro-dosing protocol into your recovery journey. We’ll explore concepts like set and setting, love, gratitude, and the power of community, alongside valuable resources that will guide you throughout the process. And once you’re part of this group, the content and insights we share will be yours to revisit whenever you need.

Please note that committing to the full six weeks is crucial for maintaining the group's safety and trust. To ensure everyone’s anonymity and create a secure environment, the group will be closed to new members once we begin.

If you’re interested in joining, I invite you to reach out for an assessment to see if this group aligns with your needs.
